Welcome to our Dammuso, Alba Levante , and happy to host you. We have endeavoured to create a welcoming environment with the commitment to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. The house rules listed below are the result of past experience and designed to be a support for a harmonious stay. We have listed a few rules in the hope that you will understand and respect them and that you will help us to provide you with a high-quality holiday accommodation in the future. For a pleasant and safe stay, please be aware of the house rules. For any further information, please contact the landlord with confidence.

- On arrival, guests are required to communicate a person to interface with, provide a copy of the occupants' documents to the landlord, who will then notify the competent housing authority.

- Before the beginning of your stay, you must hand over the sum of €200 as a security deposit, this sum will be returned at the end of your stay after quantifying any damage or non-compliance with the rules mentioned below.

- Guests are responsible for their own behaviour in the Dammuso and in the area surrounding it, in case of accidents attributable to them, the Tenant will be called upon to pay compensation for damages.

- The Dammuso is exclusively reserved to the guests communicated before the beginning of their stay: it is strictly forbidden for unauthorised persons to enter the Dammuso Alba Levante, any visits of external guests not authorised to stay in the Dammuso Alba Levante must be previously authorised by the owner Mr. Ambrogio Maurizio or by one of his appointees, the violation of this rule shall result in the immediate removal of all guests, even those authorised to stay there, without any refund.

- You may take possession of the Dammuso after 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must vacate it by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Any changes must be agreed in advance.

- Each guest shall be responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings and valuables left in the dammuso. The owner shall not be (in any way) responsible and shall not be liable for their unfortunate removal.

- The tenant shall be given the keys of the Dammuso Alba Levante. In the event of loss and/or deterioration of the same, he/she shall immediately inform the landlord or his/her representative and shall subsequently be charged with the cost of replacing the locks or re-locking them.

- You are kindly requested, before leaving the Dammuso to lock the door, the windows, turn off the lights and make sure that all electrical appliances including air conditioners are turned off, turn off gas and water. In this regard, I would like to remind you that water is a primary commodity and sparing use will be greatly appreciated. The owner of the Dammuso or his appointee has the right, in the absence of guests and only in special circumstances, to enter the flat to avoid possible damage or danger. The same is obliged to promptly inform the guests or the person in charge of their entry into the dammuso. It is possible to use equipment not included in the offer with the owner's permission.

- Animals are not allowed unless previously informed and authorised by the owner.


KITCHEN


Guests must leave the kitchen in order as it will be delivered to them at the time of their stay.


BATHROOMS


Guests are requested to dispose of hygiene products in special containers, upon entering the facility the correct functioning of the drains will be checked.


- It is strictly forbidden to remove any appliance or equipment from the Dammuso /Camere; the same applies to towels, blankets and the like.

- The misuse of towels bath towels, sheets etc. will be charged. At a cost of € 50 per set. and € 80 per pair of sheets. Misuse is understood to be the improper use of the same, for clarification I will be at your complete disposal.

- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Dammuso.

- The Landlord provides guests who request it with a password for access to the Internet with a wireless system.

- The Owner has the right to immediately suspend the service to the guest who violates the provisions of these regulations.


I invite you to inform the owner who will be at your complete disposal h 24 h for any of your remarks, wishes or praise.
